Sustainability charter
The rally organising committee is fully committed to promoting sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of our event. Aware of today's environmental challenges, we are implementing various initiatives aimed at minimising our ecological footprint while offering an exceptional experience to all participants and spectators.
Our Sustainability Charter details the measures we have adopted to achieve these objectives. This charter is a living document that will evolve with each edition to incorporate new sustainable practices and meet growing expectations in terms of environmental protection.
The organising committee is committed!

Limiting the movement of equipment before, during and after the race in order to reduce the number of vehicles used and the number of kilometres travelled.
-
Optimise the use of vehicles during the race to reduce unnecessary journeys.
-
Favouring the use of electric or hybrid vehicles wherever possible, a practice that has already been in place for two years.
-
Using the ‘publicity’ bus to collect equipment at the end of the special stages, thereby reducing the number of kilometres travelled and also enabling waste to be collected along the route.
-
Taking advantage of the station serving the service park to facilitate access for participants and the public, thereby reducing dependence on private vehicles and limiting the carbon footprint associated with travel.
-
-
Reduce the size of the storage area to reduce heating and electricity consumption, by favouring proximity to headquarters and optimising journeys.
-
Maintain chasubles and jackets to extend their useful life.
-
Carry out regular maintenance on timing equipment to ensure its durability.
-
Encourage the borrowing of equipment such as beacons to avoid unnecessary purchases and make the most of existing equipment.

Optimise equipment storage to reduce unnecessary handling and save energy.
-
Invest in a smaller, more economical electric stacker to reduce the need to move equipment before and after the race.

Use a caterer to optimise purchasing management, thereby reducing waste and food wastage.
-
Limit the use of disposable crockery by using a supplier of reusable crockery.

Raise awareness of responsible water consumption and introduce water-saving measures in the parks and on the course.
